After almost twenty years in the broadcast industry, Terry Richard founded Good Impressions Inc in 1994. Good Impressions now serves more than 550 business locations around the United States.

Pam Young joined the company as female voice talent and to write copy.

As the company grew Chris Greene was added as Production Director and Customer Care Supervisor and to write copy.

David Harrington came on board to create music and to write copy.

Brian Peters became our technical guru.

Joanna Werre joined us in shipping.

Randall Burton is our most recent addition in sales and marketing.
