Official Rules & Prizes
1. At your 8th Sunday Swing Dance you save $1
2. At your 16th Sunday Swing Dance you get in Free
3. There is no prize for attending the PLS Thursday Swing Dance at PPAA but… (See rule #4)
4. When you fill the entire frequency card, your card with your name on the back will be entered in the end of the year drawing. (See rule #7 for prizes)
5. You can fill up to three frequency cards in a year based on the number of weeks in the year.
6. …Therefore, you have up to three chances to win one of three prizes in the end of the year drawing.
7. End of the year drawing prizes are as follows:
1st prize- a pass to a dance camp
2nd prize- a pair of dance shoes
3rd prize- music to dance to
8. There will be three winning frequency cards drawn at the end of the year drawing.
9. If you have a partially full frequency card at the end of the year you can use it still to start you off for the next year. (This may give you four chances in the next end of the year drawing!)
10. People on the guest list and paid staff are not eligible to participate.
11. Volunteer staff, are eligible to have frequency cards punched but only on the nights when they are not working and they pay for the dance. They are therefore also eligible for the end of the year drawing.
12. Frequency cards must have the dancer’s name printed on the back to be in the end of the year drawing.
13. Frequency cards are not transferable.
14. One punch per dance.
15. At the PPAA- frequency cards must be signed by front desk, staff person at the time of payment for the dance.
16. Frequency cards must be punched/signed at the time of payment only.
17. One person per frequency card only.
18. You must be present to win the end of the year drawing prizes.
19. You are responsible to keep your card. It can be replaced with a new empty card but not re-filled.
20. Special events like live bands or Crystal Ballroom dances etc. do not qualify for the $1 off or FREE dance.
21. You can start a new frequency card at the next Sunday Swing dance after you turn in your filled card for the drawing.
