That’s okay. We have a number of generic messages and basic ideas on potential customized messages. Your employees will probably come up with ideas once you’re up and running. Ideally you might want your people to tell customers certain things about your practice. When the phones get busy and there are two or three lines blinking they probably forget to pass on the valuable information they’re supposed to.
