In this life full of chaos, stress is just around the corner. While getting stressed for a lot of possible reasons can sometimes be inevitable, there are easy ways on how you can combat with stress right away just before it spreads entirely to your system.
Just breathe. Breathe in, breathe out. This is the most immediate way that you can do. Breathing calms the mind and relaxes your body.
Walk around. Take a minute to walk around, see the garden and meditate. Get away from the stressor if you must.
Exercise. Stretch some muscles to ease the body tensions that make you uncomfortable.
